Hip, hip, hooray… it’s world Facility Management day!

Around the globe, every day there is a reason to celebrate something. Be it a day of joy, of paying respects for past events that marked a moment in history or just a fun holiday, we’re always in for a bit of celebration!

So, in case you didn’t know it yet, today, on the 15th of May, it is indeed a day of celebration, for us, those who are working in the area of facilities management, because it’s World Facility Management Day!

World Facility Management Day aims to raise the global profile of the facilities management profession.

It is a time when Facility Management professionals take a moment to reflect on their past achievements, share experiences, promote this profession and, most importantly, celebrate their successes.

Let’s just start by covering the fact that having in place a good facility management system will keep you away from having to be affected by inefficient infrastructure, underperforming and poor standard productivity and will make sure that your workplace environment remains functional.

But of course, that’s not all… because the benefits of a well planned and organized facility management process will also result in:

     - Bettering working processes within your building or complex and be more cost-effective;
     - Using top notch technology and IT systems;
     - Easy management of the building/ complex for you and the colleagues you are working with;
     - Being fully compliant with national & international working standards;
     - Integrating all useful information from business level into one single platform;
     - And also increasing the business’ efficiency.

It all sounds a bit overwhelming because when you think of it, in order to have in place a highly performant facility management process, you’d need a huge team of people, right? A team of people whose responsibilities cover some of the points below & more:

Modular solutions and optimization tools showcased by Intersoft Solutions at Europropre 2019

Held every 2 years, the Europropre expo show is gathering with each event, numerous highly skilled professionals from the hygiene, cleanliness and multiservices domains, fields in which Intersoft has been activating for a very long while, innovating with revolutionary technologies year after year.

This year, things weren’t any different, all three days of the show being a blast, with our team keeping busy with meetings, networking, finding out what is new on the market and sharing with everybody our latest developments in terms of tools dedicated to the cleaning industry.

Our main focus at this year’s event has been on showcasing during our live demos the unique integrated modular solutions for business processes optimization that we provide: ERP for cleaning and service companies, proactive reporting, mobility and a Web Portal dedicated to customers and employees.

Along with all these, we also included demos on:

     - Proactive risk reduction (which included real-time control indicators, dedicated graphical dashboard by user/ function and excel dashboards with automated reading of ERP data);
     - What makes our full ERP solution unique on the market (automated integrated payrolls, guaranteed multi-level profitability, social & conventional watch).

Permanently customizing our services while also being up to date with all the changes the market is facing, we were able to maintain our high innovation level this year too. Intersoft opens one of the first IT solutions showrooms in Rome

In a world where everything can be found online and can be virtually tested at any hour, there are times when we just miss human interaction. During these moments, it would just be easier to be able to talk to our business collaborators face to face and offer more details on the spot about a solution or a product. Moreover, by mixing the online communication with the offline one, processes could be simplified and solutions could be tailored depending on specific business needs.

With this in mind, at Intersoft, we focus on constantly being close to our partners online and offline. And while the first one is done wonderfully and we will meet your requests in record time, for the second one, we are focusing on always opening new offices in the parts of the world where our clients activate and offer them the possibility of testing our solutions with physical assistance from our part.

We know that locals understand locals best and so, we always plan on being one step ahead and trying to understand our clients better. And this time it’s the turn of Italy to be the country that, starting with 2nd of April 2019, will be the home of one of the first Intersoft IT solutions showroom.
